Extract CSS for a block

Three fields: full page HTML, full page CSS and the block selector. Keeps the block styles, everything inside it, inherited styles of ancestors (including body/html) and CSS variables.

Either a selector (.card, #main) or the markup of the block itself.

We keep the block's own styles, everything inside it, inherited ancestor styles (color, font, line-height, --x variables) and any rule using var(), so nothing shifts. Empty selector = whole page.
